As the race to bake AI features in productivity applications intensifies, Slack enhances the search for its application with AI features, adding transcript and summaries for Huddles and a way to see channels and yarns recap.
Using AI, Slack now allows you to search for channels as well as connected applications (such as Google Drive, SalesForce and teams) to superficial about files and conversations. This feature will be available in Slack’s Business and Enterprise designs.
The company also uses AI to enhance the company’s voice and video chat with call transfers, summaries and the application will automatically point out the basic action elements mentioned in calls.
And to help users cover the conversations, Slack will offer summaries of messages on a channel or thread if you were away.
The company said it would develop a way for users to take a summary of another user’s profile, showing their role and recent work. There are also plans for a feature on the tabs that will be superficial actions when you look at a message that tells you.


Slack added that it works on a feature that will allow you to use AI to explain a message in the context of a given conversation.


For the canvas, a collaborative team that allows users to share drivers, documents and information, the company plans to add a writing assistant that would help users who would help users create a canvas from any discussion or change the formatting of existing content.
