Productivity platform Click started a renewed calendar tool that incorporates work, documents, conversations and meetings in one place. The most interesting features of the calendar are a complete AI meeting meeting and the time supplied with AI that prevents duties.

Clickup already had a calendar product, but it focused more on team management and planning. Last year, the company A16Z and Tiger supported by the World Company acquired the startup of Hypercal. It now uses parts of this acquisition in the new calendar product.

The company now focuses on personal productivity in the workplace by setting duties on the spot. Users can add tasks to a queue and have the calendar automatically blocking time sockets for them based on their timetable. The calendar can also dynamically adjust the expiration dates based on changes in the program and priority level. Alternatively, users can also carry and eliminate the calendar to display manually and change a predetermined level of priority.

Clickup also introduces a notetaker powered with AI that joins your meetings-exactly such as Read AI, Zoom’s AI As Assistant, Circleback, Granola or Otter. The company said, in addition to taking structured notes and transferring the meeting, it can also automatically match your teammates. In a survey conducted by the company, 71% of respondents said they would be comfortable in sending a proxy or AI assistant to a meeting on their behalf.

Clickup’s founder and chief executive, Zeb Evans, told TechCrunch that the company is training the AI tool to get different signals from a person’s integration (such as a GitHub transferee) and coordinate the hierarchy algorithm accordingly.

In addition, there is an AI assistant who can answer questions about his duties, documents, timetables and notes and transcripts of meeting. In addition, you can schedule a meeting by describing the AI assistant.

Clickup is trying to be an all-in-one productivity platform for users. It already had task management and project management. Now, it is throwing the AI reception and programming meeting meeting. Other platforms are also trying to extend their productivity offers to make them more useful for individual workers. Earlier this week, read AI entered A search copilot To let users look for meeting notes, Google Drive, a drive, a diary, Microsoft teams, Gmail, SalesForce, Jira and much more. Atlassian’s Trello, which focused mainly on project management, was introduced New features for personal work organization last month.

Evans said the company focuses on converging all these tools in one place and this gives the company an advantage over specialized tools.

“I think all the software in a few years will converge and we believe when we started clickup. We believe that the labor and cooperation management categories will converge together and so our product is manufactured. There is no separate application in our product. It’s all one thing,” he said.
