Tiktok announced on Tuesday that Tiktok is officially launching for artists, a new Insights music platform designed to help artists create their careers. The official launch comes two months after Tiktok was monitored by testing the platform in selected countries.

The tool is designed to help artists and groups better to connect with fans, improve their efforts and update content creation in Tiktok. The platform gives their artists, labels and groups access to data on the performance of music and tiktok music and positions.

These measurements include the number of views, positions and commitments of creators by song, along with similar knowledge of after performance. Other ideas include information about the followers of an artist, such as their age, language and gender.

Tiktok for artists also includes step -by -step guides in Tiktok tools and features and additional support and resources, the company says.

In addition, Tiktok has announced that a new “before release” tool is launching a new tool that allows artists to promote the upcoming album releases in Tiktok. The feature allows fans to pre-seal album directly to the Spotify or Apple Music library, where they will be readily available to hear after release.

Tiktok plays a major role in driving music trends and viral songs, so it makes sense for the company to introduce a special space to help artists better promote their contents and lead the fan involvement. Tiktok for artists could help artists expand their range and develop their audience.

It is worth noting that the start of Tiktok for artists comes eight months after Bytedance decided to close Tiktok music, a music service tested in a handful of countries. At that time, the company said it decided to retire from the service in order to “focus on our goal of promoting Tiktok’s role in driving even greater listening and music value on music flow services”.

Last year’s events show that Tiktok is no longer trying to compete with services such as Spotify and Apple Music and will focus on the existence of a platform for discovering and promoting music.

Tiktok for artists is now available in Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway Morocco, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the Netherlands and Argentina. The platform will soon be released in other countries, says Tiktok.
