Creating a Corporate Training Video for Software is a time -consuming test, especially if you are an organization with many software licenses. Training videos can help employees up to speed, but it is a large lift. They often take whole groups to produce.

The businessman based in Tel Aviv Yoav Einav thought there could be an alternative, cheaper way to create software training videos. So he worked with a friend, Dan Sahar, to try to build it. In 2020, their work was started: Guide.

Guidde uses AI to automatically create video clips that command viewers on how to use different applications. It works by taking the user’s in -application activities and then transforming the recording into a video with a “story”.

Guidde -created videos can optionally feature a voice created by AI in a desired language, background music and labels that highlight the basic aspects of the functionality of a software application. Guidde also offers basic video editing tools with effects such as motion transitions, frame timing and cultivation.

You may be wondering: people actually clock Educational videos? It’s a fair question. According to In a 2019 Kaltura survey, 67% of employees admit that they do not give their home training videos their full attention instead of removing videos or listening to them by doing something else.

Einav believes it is a two -level issue. Often, he said, educational videos are not very urgent – the quality of production is not particularly high. In addition, videos tend to be buried in difficult interfaces.

That is why, in recent months, Guidde has plunged a toe on video recommendations, starting a feature called Guidde Broadcast that offers personalized content to a company staff. Einav described it as “Netflix for Organizations”-a way of driving software by providing context, “just-in-time” training content in a user’s work flow.

Guidde is on a steady positive growth trajectory, according to Einav, having increased revenue four times in the last 12 months. The company’s platform now serves more than 100,000 users in 2,000 organizations, including American Eagle Outfitters, Carta and Nasdaq.

This month, 35 Guidde workers secured $ 15 million in new funding in a round led by Qualcomm Ventures. Bringing the entire start to $ 30 million, the new cash will be used to expand Guidde’s tracking tools, business sales and successful customers and the worldwide market presence, Einav said.

“We were able to overcome the storm so far and continue to follow a conservative and humble approach to our finances – a strategy that has proven effective so far,” he added. “We believe that the future lies in a solution that perfectly combines the creation and delivery of the extremely attractive content that drives AI-guides and video. Our goal is to drive this emerging category and adjust the standard for smart, fascinating experiences Content.
