SalesForce announced Monday the latest version of the AI Agent platform, as the company seems to attract businesses to AI software in an increasingly busy market.
The director of relationships with customers who revealed the new platform, the Agentforce 360, before the Dreamforce Customer Customer Conference starting on October 14th.
A notable aspect of the Agentforce 360 is the new AI AG prompt tool, called Agent Script, which will be released in Beta in November. Script Agent enables users the opportunity to plan AI agents to be more flexible and better respond to “if/then” situations. This allows AI agents to be planned to be more predictable in less rigid situations such as customer questions.

SalesForce also announced that it releases a new agent manufacture tool, AgentForce Builder, which allows users to build, test and develop AI agents from a unique spot. The company also announced a wider integration between Agentforce and Slack. SalesForce said its basic applications, including Agenforce, It and HR sales, among other things, will appear directly in Slack starting this month and expanding to early 2026.
Slack is testing a new version of Slackbot Chatbot intended to be more of a personalized AI agent who learns about his user and will provide information and suggestions.

This latest update from Salesforce comes at an interesting moment for the AI business market. Companies continue to release AI features that are aimed at customers of their business, while businesses are struggling to see an investment return for these tools.
Last week, Google announced Gemini Enterprise, a tool suite-many of which were already available-for building AI agents, counting Figma, Klarna and Virgin Voyages as early customers, among others.
Anthropic also began to show attraction for his business product, Claude Enterprise. The company announced that it has hit an agreement with Deloitte Giant Counseling to bring its Claude Chatbot to 500,000 Deloitte worldwide employees – the largest business agreement still. Anthropic announced a strategic partnership with IBM the next day.
Salesforce offers that Agentforce has 12,000 customers – significantly higher than any of its competitors, according to Agentforce’s press release. The first pilot customers of Agentforce 360 upgrades include Lennar, Adecco and Pearson.
This is all but a recent MIT study He found that 95% of AI business pilots fail before they reach production, as companies are still struggling to justify the money in these AI tools.
