Google releases a series of new features – some fueled by AI – throughout the search, maps and twins designed to help people design their summer vacations. The new features arrive as users turn to tools such as Openai Chatgpt for helping with design trips.

Google Search’s AI offenses, which display an information snapshot at the top of the results page, can now help users get travel ideas for certain areas or countries. Starting this week, users can look for something like “Create a route for Costa Rica with an emphasis on nature”.

From there, you will be able to browse through photos and critics and see locations on an expandable map. When you are ready to save a itinerary, you can click “export” to share the recommendations through documents or Gmail. Or, you can save them as a custom list on Google Maps.

The new feature is available for English language questions in the US on mobile and desktop.

Google also enables Gemini’s Gems available to everyone for free. A jewelry is a tool that allows you to create custom AI experts for any work within Gemini. This means that users can now create a travel developer that can help them choose a destination to go and suggest what to pack.

In addition, while Google has allowed users to receive notifications on flight reductions for a long time now, it will now do the same with hotels. Users will now see a new option to monitor hotel prices for selected dates and destinations. You can choose filters to search your hotel, such as stars scores or beach access, for a particular area. If prices are reduced, Google will send you an email.

Monitoring of hotel prices starts worldwide this week in mobile and desktop browsers.

In terms of maps, Google develops the ability for users to turn their snapshots into solid value designs. When designing vacations, people often take screenshots of bookmarks who want to visit, but sometimes they can forget these photos on their camera roll.

Now, users can access the maps to their photos to allow the application to automatically detect positions that refer to your screenshot snapshots so you can review and save what you want on a list. The parts you save will appear on the map so you can get an overview of your plans.

This feature is released this week in the US in English on iOS and will soon start on Android.
