Snap has launched an autonomous lens studio IOS application and tissue toolthe company announced Wednesday. The new tools are designed to make it easier for each to create AR lenses through text prompts and simple processing tools.
With the Lens Studio application, users will be able to do things such as creating their own AI effects, add their bitmoji and browse trending standards to create custom lenses.
So far, Lens Studio is only accessible through a workplace application for professional developers. While the desktop application will remain the main tool for professionals, SNAP reports that the new iOS application and the web tool are designed to allow people at all skills levels to create lenses.
“These are experimental new tools that make it easier to create, publish and play with snapchat lenses of you,” Snap writes in a blog. “Now, you can create your own AI effects. Add your bitmoji dance to fun and express with lenses that reflect your mood or an internal joke – whether you are on the go or close to your computer.”
While Snap today has an ecosystem with more than 400,000 AR professional developers, the company is trying to attract more people who are interested in creating lenses with the start of these simplest tools.
Snap is considered a leader in AR thanks to the timely adoption of technology through AR filters and lenses and it is clear that the company is committed to investing in the field, even when others may withdraw from it. Last year, the post -expanded creators after deciding to close the Spark Ar Ar, which allowed third parties to create augmented reality results (AR). By opening access to AR creation, the snap doubles in its vision of technology.
As Snap brings AR creation to the hands of more people, the company also launches advanced tools for professionals. Yesterday, Snap released new lens studio tools that creators and developers can use to make Bitmoji games. Tools include a Turn-based system to activate the back-and-forth gameplay, a new customized character controller that supports different styles of play and more.
