The reduction of the 30 most visionary startups of the year to just five finalists was not easy. Vivatech’s innovation of the year has attracted an excellent group of applicants – the ancients facing huge global challenges with bold, technically sophisticated and escalating solutions. From the redefinition of the interaction of a human machine for the revolution in health care, climate and infrastructure, each company brought something unique to the table. The selection process was intense and every startup that reached top 30 should be incredibly proud of what they have built.

The Vivatech Innovation of the Year makes its debut this year to celebrate and promote the newly formed businesses that reshape the future. This famous prize is open to all exhibitions exhibiting at Vivatech 2025 and recognizes a start that has shown excellent creativity, technological ingenuity and the ability to convert its industry.

Now, we are excited to reveal the five finalists who will take the stage live in Vivatech 2025:

Beyond: The first genetic physics platform in the world, replacing slow, expensive natural simulations in real time. Engineers can run 1000x faster simulations, try thousands of designs immediately and reduce time, cost and complexity.

Tick: Building the first light, low -cost MRI using extremely low magnetic fields without sacrificing the quality of the image. Their goal: Make 100x magnetic resonance imaging more accessible and activate timely, large-scale projection-such as a blood test for everyone.

Motivate: It offers the first non-invasive geothermal panels in the world that transform underground spaces-such as parking lots and tunnels-to renewable sources of heating and cooling, allowing fast, low carbon content, without filling in dense urban environments.

Hua Tech International: An automated petty platform that incorporates a semiconductor of nanodomy semiconductor, multiple fluorescent staining and analysis for accurate conception, detection and analysis of rare circulation cells for diagnostic cancer.

Lamp: Data centers to synchronize their data flow with the speed of light with the 1st 100% photon oscillator in the world to reduce the 1000x energy and energy consumption.

These standout companies will place their solutions during Final of Vivatech Innovation of the Year on Wednesday 11 June at 1:35 pmLive in Studio. Each step will be followed by a Q&A session with a group of experts, such as TechCrunch of Jeff Taylor, Jaja Liao of 25madison, Daphni’s Shabir Vasram and Nvidia’s Howard Wright.

The winner of the year’s innovation will be announced the next day Vivatech Global Awards Ceremony on Thursday, June 12 at 5:45 pm on Stage 1. In addition to the title, the winning start will receive a free starting angle at Vivatech 2026 and a coveted spot on TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200.

The ceremony will also screen four other Vivatech awards and announce the winners of everyone.

  • THE ChallengeCelebrating women who lead innovative newly formed businesses that lead the technologies that shape the future.
  • THE AFRICATCH AwardsThis Pan-African initiative recognizes and supports the newly formed businesses trying to have a positive impact on three major areas-Greentech, HealthTech and e-commerce / Fintech.
  • THE Next StartUPper challengeThe award between school and university for the new generation of entrepreneurs working on offensive projects to make their dreams come true.
  • THE Technology Award for Changewhich began this year alongside the vivatech innovation of the year, recognizing the newly formed businesses that have a positive impact on the focus of their business model.

Stay tuned – we cannot wait to see these pioneering founders get the focus.
