Applying fashion resale Warehouse The launch of a new style and collection tool was announced on Wednesday, designed specifically for users who love the creation of fashion collage. Named “clothes”, the new feature provides a mood -like interface, allowing users to design curated clothes to share with fans or inspire their next appearance.

To use the function, users can choose an item that wants to style and click on the scissors icon on the right side of the screen. This opens a series of adjustment options, including the ability to add a colorful background and adaptation of the size and placement of images. There are also standards for use as a layout guide.

All items presented in collages are stores and if a particular item sells, the app offers suggestions for similar alternatives, the company notes.

The addition gives sellers the opportunity to point out the details for sale and present it in collage style, inspiring potential buyers to see how clothes and accessories can be combined.

In addition, users can share static images of their elaborate clothes on various social media platforms, such as Pinterest and Instagram. This seems to be a strategic attempt by Depop to attract the base of Gen Z users, as collages are increasingly popular with new users.

Pinterest, for example, introduced its own collage production application called Shuffles in 2022 and integrated shuffles functionality in its main application shortly afterwards.

DEPOP reports that the operation of new components is currently available to all users of the Depop application.

In comparison, opponent Part reported a gross value of goods (GMV) of $ 728 million for the fourth quarter of 2024.
