ChatGPT releases its own version of Spotify Wrapped. Namely, the OpenAI-owned chatbot is now offering an annual review feature called “Your Year with ChatGPT” to eligible consumers in select markets, including the United States.
Other English-speaking markets with access to the new offer include Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
At launch, the feature will be available to those with the free, Plus, and Pro plans who have the “report caches” and “report chat history” options enabled and have met a minimum chat activity threshold, the company told TechCrunch via email.
Team, Enterprise or Education accounts will not be able to use the “Your Year with ChatGPT” feature. Additionally, the experience is intended to be “lightweight, privacy-driven and user-controlled,” the company noted.
Similar to other annual reviews offered by consumer apps, “Your Year with ChatGPT” is inspired by the popular year-end look back, Spotify Wrapped. Like Spotify’s feature, OpenAI uses attractive graphics and personalizes the experience to the individual by awarding “awards” based on how you’ve used ChatGPT over the year.
For example, you might be awarded “Creative Debugger” if you used the chatbot to find solutions to a problem or work on an idea or concept.

The app also creates a poem and picture about your year focused on the topics you care about. (We wonder what this will be like next year, as ChatGPT includes adult content in 2026.)
While the year-end summary will be pushed to the home screen of the ChatGPT app, it will not be forced on users or opened automatically.

It will be available on the ChatGPT web app and mobile app for iOS and Android, the company says.
You can also request “Your Year with ChatGPT” directly from ChatGPT to activate the experience.
