Music flow application Sound It evolves into a more social platform with the introduction of new Community characteristics. On Thursday, the company announced features such as Friends’ friends based on Friends or followed by artists, an automated list that brings together all the tracks enjoyed by your friends, suggesting many more.
Features intend to enhance social interaction on the platform, as SoundCloud competes with music giants such as Spotify.
Spotify has taken the steps to become more social. Recently a message of direct exchange of messages began that allows users to share playlists and songs directly with friends.
The two most notable SoundCloud features started allowing you to see what your friends and favorite artists hear. “He likes your crew”, for example, is a daily updated list of pieces enjoyed by your friends and favorite artists. It appears on your homepage and shows what is popular among the users you follow.
Another feature is “Like the Playlists”, a removable carousel of breeding lists curated by friends and beloved artists.
In addition, SoundCloud features a new trending trackwall, which shows popular pieces that now tend to the platform, along with filters to help you find what matters to you without having to dig hundreds of play lists.
These features are now available on the web, as well as on iOS and Android devices.

SoundCloud also launched two features exclusively for its mobile application, including a daily personalized “Hot For You” piece that tends to the platform, curated in your music.
The other new mobile feature is people to follow, including fans with music with your own, users you may know in real life and suggested artists. This appears as a carousel on the homepage, making it easier to connect to others on the platform.
