Media Software Maker and Streaming App Coach Monday liberated An update of the mobile app. The redesign has a new user experience, reorganized navigation that includes providing a special point tracking list and other changes aimed at easier access to power features for Plex customers using the company’s personal media management software, not just the flow service.
The company says the mobile app will soon follow an update on its implementation for television platforms.
Plex is perhaps the best known for its software that allows Home Media Pros to organize film collections, television shows, home videos, music, photos and more. However, the company has shifted in recent years to provide users with a one-stop shop for all media needs, combining access to free streaming TV and movies, as well as movie rentals and a variety of discovery tools that help users find things that want to watch a stream.
As for the redesign of the Plex Mobile application, the focus is on the addition of richer media, including title artwork and broadcasts-a long-term feature. Other modified areas include films and presentation details pages, casting and crew profiles and personal users profile pages.
Meanwhile, the basic base of Plex users of personal professional media can personalize their experience by favoring some media libraries, which now have their own particular tab.
A feature that helps to discover is the global Plex Tracking listWhere you can save items you want to watch from streaming or free streaming offers of Plex. This feature has now been given its own point in the top -level navigation menu, as it has become one of the most popular features of the application.
Smaller changes with this version imply reorganization of other features, such as the user menu, where you can update and manage your information, such as your friends list, streaming services and tracking history.
Following the release of this update on television platforms, Plex says it will focus on adding some more improvements and transfer of television applications and mobile phones to the exchange rate.
