Assort Health, a start -up that uses AI to automate patient communication for special healthcare practices, has increased about $ 50 million in a $ 750 million assessment round, according to three sources familiar with the deal. The last round, which comes just four months after the company’s growth Series of 22 million $It was under the leadership of the Lightspeed Venture associates, these people said.

The AI’s voice agents are designed to undertake high -volume repeated work, such as planning, cancellations and frequent questions that are normally managed by its reception staff, allowing human staff to focus on more complex or sensitive interactions.

Assort Health is one of the many newly established companies that recently increased the new funding to use AI to relieve the volume of patients for medical offices.

Just last week, Eliseai, who automates customer services for the front and health care offices, announced that she secured a Series of 250 million $ Led by Andreessen Horowitz, estimating the company at $ 2.2 billion. Hello patient, another AI assistant for medical offices, raised a A series of 20 million $ Earlier this month in an assessment of $ 100 million led by Venture Scale partners, according to a person familiar with the deal.

The healthcare industry is increasingly embracing AI solutions, as shown in the growing adoption of medical secretariations by companies such as Abridge and Ambience Healthcare. Investors are now betting that patient communication will be the next important area for the implementation of AI.

Since Assort Health serves small and medium -sized special care offices that often have long waiting times, rapid answers from an AI agent can help these offices lose fewer patients in competitive practices.

While Assort Health (ARR) annual revenue is just more than $ 3 million, the company is rapidly increasing, according to two sources. The start initially focused on the offices of orthopedic and physical care, but recently expanded its bids to other specialties, including OB-GYN, Dermatology and Dentistry.
