Openai asks Meta to produce items related to any coordinated plans with Elon Musk and Xai to obtain or invest in Chatgpt-Maker.

The request was published in a brief It was registered on Thursday in Elon Musk’s ongoing action against Openai. Lawyers representing Openai said they were closing Meta in June for documents on his dynamic involvement in Musk’s undesirable bid, $ 97 billion to take on the start of February. Openai’s lawyers say they discovered that Musk was contacting Meta Mark Zuckerberg CEO on XAI’s attempt to buy Chatgpt manufacturer, including “on possible funding or investment agreements”.

Meta opposes Openai’s initial summons in July. Chatgpt-Maker lawyers are now seeking a judicial order to receive such evidence. Openai also calls on the court for any of the Meta documents and communications associated with “any actual or possible restructuring or recapitalization of the Openai” – the key issue in Musk’s treatment against Openai.

Meta’s spokesman Andy Stone directs TechCrunch to a part of Openai’s deposit, which states that neither Meta nor Zuckerberg signed Musk’s letter to acquire Chatgpt-Maker.

Meta refused to comment further. Openai and Musk’s legal adviser did not respond immediately to TechCrunch’s request for comments.

In the depths of Openai’s match with Musk, Meta has invested significantly in its own efforts to develop AI Frontier models.
