Adobe announced on Tuesday that it is bringing the popular planning and editing plan of Photoshop to Mobile, starting with iOS. The company plans to start a Photoshop for the Android app later this year.

With the new Photoshop for iPhone applicationUsers can access free and paid functions through a mobile -friendly mobile plan. The application offers a similar set of processing tools with the work surface, including layer and coverage, but is optimized for use on mobile screens. Bringing Photoshop to Mobile, Adobe is trying to attract new users, especially younger ones who are used to using their phones for creative purposes.

In its announcement, Adobe says it created the application “from the ground to welcome a new generation of image and design lovers in Photoshop’s unlimited potential”.

The application also allows the company to compete with popular processing applications such as snapseed, picsart and even Canva. mobile.

As for people who already use Photoshop on the desktop, tissue and iPad, their new application allows them to process anywhere and work on devices.

Free users can combine and combine images with the basic tools of Photoshop, including options, mattresses and masks. They can also remove, redefine or replace parts of an image with the “Tap Select” tool. In addition, they can have access to removal tools such as “Spot Healing Brush”, and use AI genetic tools powered by Adobe Firefly, including “genetic fillings” and “genetic extensions”.

In addition, they can access hundreds of thousands of free Adobe assets. Free users can also navigate all work flows thanks to an immediate completion with Adobe Express, Adobe Fresco and Adobe Lightroom.

Paid users can move from Photoshop Mobile to Photoshop to the web to allow additional accuracy and control. They will also gain access to additional AI tools powered by firefighters, including “creating similar” and “reference image”.

In addition, they will gain access to more than 20,000 fonts, along with the ability to import additional options.

Other premium features include “Object Select”, which allows you to make accurate options and “Magic Wand”, a tool that allows you to isolate objects and make targeted adjustments. They have the option to lighten or darken parts of an image and use advanced mixture functions that allow them to control transparency and add unique styles to the images.

“We spent a lot of time talking to creators and creators, especially the new generation of creators who are very comfortable with phones, and tried to understand their unique cases of use on mobile devices,” said Shambhavi Kadam, Senior Product Management Manager in Adobe Photoshop, during an update with TechCrunch. “And we got this comment and built it on the product to make sure it worked very well for these users.”
