Over three and a half years after the Life360 app Family Life360 app acquired Lost Intem Tile for $ 205 million, the two services are finally fully embedded. On Wednesday, LIFE360 announced that the capabilities of finding Tile’s data, competitor of Airtag and other Bluetooth -based tracker, are now available from its main application.

The information means that users will now be able to see where family members are in real time, as well as their valuables, such as their wallet, keys, bags and other objects. Change will also help gather separate users for both applications, pushing Tile users to adopt the Life360 application as the main tracking tool.

A company spokesman told TechCrunch that integrated services will begin on Wednesday and reach all users in the coming weeks.

As growth progresses, tile users will soon see a message in their application that will direct them to LIFE360, while Life360 users will see a new section to monitor their details under the People and Pets Module on the Application Location tab.

The tiles with a member of the Life360 family will also appear on the real -time in -application map. If an item is lost, users can see up to two days of location history for free. Users of the Subscription Plan can access longer periods of historical location, with gold and platinum users can see 30 days, while Silver members can access the last seven days. Silver members also have access to emergency shipping services through the SOS tile button or the Life360 application. (This only works with 2024 tile devices, however.)

In addition, LIFE360 users will soon be able to receive automatic push alerts when their details connected to tile devices remain behind. The company says it expects that this functionality will arrive in the coming weeks.

Just in front of this update, Life360 redirect the Paved sector to Life360.com.

The company has not yet given an indication whether or when it plans to complete the autonomous tile application and will probably not want to make this move until it can transfer users to the flagship product. But after the functionality of the tiles that are fully reproduced in the LIFE360 application, it may make sense to continue performing both applications. (Achieved for comments, one spokesman said the implementation of tiles was not withdrawn “at this time”.

Life360 had said again 2022 That it will incorporate tiles into its main application, noting at that time that if all users LIFE360 joined tiles, the largest finding network would become. But this opportunity may have passed, given the delay in integrating services. In addition, competitors such as Chipolo have started their own lost elements that work directly with both Apple’s built -in networks and Google’s built -in networks.

Life360 does not share the number of users for the application of the tile, but notes that the flagship product has 83.7 million global monthly active users, 45.3 million of which are based on the US
