Your usual host Kirsten has passed the reins to me, Rebecca Bellan, for the day, and I want to talk about Aurora Innovation and his last moment of storage.

Aurora promises to start the first fully autonomous US truck trading service in April this year after pushing the original 2024 debut. With simple (proverbial) minutes to be made available, Aurora brought the victory.

Aurora says it has passed over 1,200 miles of cargo this week between Dallas and Houston with Hirschbach Motor Lines and Uber Freight. This is with a single truck, for now. Aurora plans to create “dozens of trucks self-driving” and extend to El Paso and Phoenix until the end of 2025, as it continues to run more for customers with the fleet of supervised autonomous trucks.

It’s a huge step for Aurora and for industry. But as Trump’s invoices grind a lot of interruption missions, Aurora is well positioned to occupy the moment or could extend delays threaten her survival?
