The match between the newly established HR technologies has heated another notch this week as a wavy on Thursday A modified 84 -page complaint In his lawsuit against Deel.

The complaint accuses the Deel of targeting, penetrating and establishing four other competitors, except for the ripple.

The revised complaint does not call all four other alleged victims, except for the tax company and compliance with encryption, Toku. Toku also sued Liquifi’s competitor Corporate espionage and this Deel participated.

Rippling’s revised complaint claims that “the” victim-3 is a starting accelerator he previously worked with Deel “. The complaint does not call, or even implies, who he is.

The complaint also says that there are one or more additional victims who are “important competitors of Deel” to the employer of the disk market. A source familiar with research believes that more witnesses will soon appear in these other companies to offer details.

A Deel spokesman called on allegations to Rippling’s initial treatment “too far away”, adding that “its amendment does not fail to correct any of the myriad deadly imperfections in its original complaint”.

Rippling’s modified suit also claims that Deel’s CEO Alex Bouaziz was the direct brain of all, Sharing Message Screen Snames as evidence. And, although this is an urban conductor, the wavy now indicates that this could be a criminal issue.

“This case concerns a criminal trade union operated by the shadows of a multi-billion dollar technology company,” the complaint said.

Ridpling’s amended treatment is now the Deel under the statutes of federal blackmail (RICO), as well as the law on defending commercial secrets and the California state law. The trial immediately calls Alex Bouaziz. His father Philippe Bouaziz – who is president and head of financial director. and the CEO of Deel Daniel Westgarth.

It is important to note that the chief lawyer for ripple is Alex Spiro of the Law Firm White-Shoe Quinn Emanuel. Spiro is a former prosecutor for the Manhattan prosecutor. (He is so well known in the legal world that he Has its own wikipedia page.) Using words such as “Criminal Syndicate” in an urban case would be a deliberate choice.

According to the source familiar with the case, federal prosecutors are now actively considering claims against Deel. A DEEL spokesman denies this: “We know no active research on our business. As described in detail in our lawsuit, the wavy has a long story to make false or impressive claims to the government authorities for competitors, who raise” questions “by the government.

A survey, in any form, may not exist, however, is not a belief. But categories should be deposited, the wavy makes its best to create Bouaziz himself as one of the managers. The complaint reaches until it repeatedly uses the colorful language “The Bouaziz Racketeering Enterprise”.

In addition, much of the amended complaint repeats what the class has already claimed. To summarize: A rippler confessed that he was a spy for Deel in an affidavit reading as a Hollywood movie. The official admitted to the court to receive sales drivers, product routes, customer accounts, superstar officials and any other information requested.

The worker was caught in a corrugated honeypot, both he and the ripples say. The breakthroughs sue the Deel, who cites the abuse of commercial secrets, aggressive intervention, unfair competition and much more, largely based on espionage claims.

Deel has been offset in a case that is less for refusing Rippling accusations and more to make many of his own allegations of ripple. For example, earlier this week, Deel filed a modified trial claiming that the breakwater is spying on the Deel, having an employee to “imitate” a client to receive non -public product information.

The Deel spokesman called on Rippling’s amended deposition to deposit a “rehash” and insisted on the superiority of his own allegations. “We win the market, we stand by our own lawsuit and we will justify in court as well.”

Catch a little fresh popcorn. This battle between Arch’s opponents shows no sign of deceleration.
