Google Brings A Twin To Chrome To Us Users, Reveals

Google announced on Thursday that it is releasing Gemini to Chrome to all Mac and Windows Desktop users in the US, having previously limited the ability of Google Ai Pro and Google AI Ultra subscribers. The technological giant has also announced that it brings the capabilities of agencies to Chrome in the future, adding the AI search feature to the address line, starting new Gemini features, using AI to combat AI fraud, the release of the automatic password, and much more.

US users who have their language in English can now ask Gemini to clarify complex information about any website they read using the Gemini icon in the upper right corner of their chrome. For example, you could open a page with a banana bread recipe and ask Gemini to make the gluten -free recipe.

Gemini can now work on many tabs, allowing users to compare quickly and summarize information on many sites. For example, you could plan your flight, hotel and vacation on many tabs and work with the twin to organize your trip. Or, you may be shopping for a new mattress and want to compare all the different models you look at multiple tabs.

Gemini will soon be able to recover the websites you have previously visited, making it easier to return to touring periods in the past without sifting your browser history. This means you will be able to ask something like “What site did I see walnut office last week?” or “What was this blog I read in back-to-school purchases?”

In addition, Google begins a deeper integration between Gemini into Chrome and other Google applications, such as the calendar, YouTube and the maps. Google says this will allow users to do things like timetable meetings, see location details and much more without having to leave the page on which they are. For example, if you are trying to find a specific spot on a video on YouTube, you can ask the twin to take you there.

Google notes that the AI assistant will be able to complete tiring tasks, such as booking a haircut or ordering weekly groceries. Gemini will navigate to the site, add things to your cart and allow you to receive the final action by checking with your payment option.

Google says Agentic’s new capabilities will be available at Chrome in the coming months. It is worth noting that Openai started the operator, an AI agent who is performing autonomous work earlier this year.

Google also brings the AI feature, the advanced search, directly to the Chrome address bar. With AI feature, users can ask complex questions by tracking to dig deeper into issues. For example, instead of looking for “Best Mattress”, you could type “I’m a side bedroom with occasional lower back pain. Make me a table that compares the different types of layers” directly on the address bar. From there, you could ask tracking questions and keep your search with questions such as: “How long do the memory foam layers last?”

This update will be released later this month in English in the US and expanded to more countries and languages in the future.

Also, entering the address bar is the ability to ask questions about the page you are in. Chrome can now suggest relevant questions based on the page to start your search line. Google says users will receive a useful AI overview and the option to ask AI tracking questions.

The company says Chrome will also be able to use the Gemini Nano model to detect and protect against scams, such as false virus notifications and fraudulent gifts. These scams often mimic reliable brands and use genetic AI to create persuasive e -“fishing” efforts, Google notes.

Google has also announced that it is using AI to help users correct compromised passwords with only one click on supported sites such as Coursera, Spotify, Duolingo, H&M and much more. If Chrome warns you that your password has been exposed to data breach, you can allow it to create and save a new one for you.
