At the Made by Google 2025 event, the company presented the next folding, Pixel 10 Pro Fold, alongside the rest of the new Pixel 10 line. The folder comes with a new hinge with gears, camera improvements and a Tensor G5 chip to deliver higher quality AI experiences.

The device starts at $ 1,799 and is available in Moonstone and Jade. It has 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.

The new phone hinge on the phone allows a larger exterior display with smaller wreaths and the hinge is twice as durable than the Pixel 9 Pro Fold hinge, says Google. Pixel 10 Pro Fold is capable of 10+ years of folding.

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold has the largest indoor display in an 8 -inch folder, as well as a larger 6.4 -inch exterior thanks to smaller wreaths. The super real flex 8-inch display has been redesigned with durable extremely thin glass and double layers of anti-anti-counter film for additional protection against drops.

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold features IP68 water resistance and dust for the first time and its battery can take up to 30 hours. In addition, it reaches 50% in 30 minutes. Google also offers that both indoor and outdoor screens get 11% brighter than its predecessor, with maximum brightness of up to 3,000 nit.

In addition, the phone is the first folding with built -in Qi2 charging, the company says. With Google’s new Pixelsnap Magnetic Technology, which is built on the phone, users can open the “Pixelsnap Charger” on their phone, even when the phone is rolled out or promoted with the “Pixelsnap Ring Stand” for Streaming Hands-Free.

With the separated screen, users now have the ability to change the size of their applications beyond the limit of the screen and adjust which application is more space for a tap. Google says this feature can be used to do things like drag a photo from Google Photos or a Chrome link directly to messages. Or, you could plan a trip with friends, comparing the flight details to one application and control of the hotel’s availability to another.

In addition, there is a new outdoor game controller functionality that allows users to enjoy more striking games in titles such as “Asphalt Legends” and “Disney Speedstorm”. Google has also optimized the flow to Netflix and Disney+ to dip flow on the go.

As for the camera, a new immediate view allows you to check your photos side by side on the unfolded interior screen to the right as you record them. In addition, the double -screen preview allows everyone to see themselves while presenting, making it easier to record the best photo, portrait or video.

The phone features a 48 MP width camera, a 5x telephoto with up to 20x and a macroeconomic ultrawide lens. The company says this trio of cameras ensures that users are always ready to take the perfect shot, whether they use the rear camera for selfies, to get close and personally, or to magnify the way.

Google says Tensor G5 marks the most significant upgrade in its chip from its debut five years ago, as it is made for the latest developments in mechanical learning and AI. It provides double -digit performance increases, including a TPU that is up to 60% more powerful and a CPU that is 34% faster on average to make internet tour or more smooth applications.

The Tensor G5 is also the first chip to perform the newest Gemini Nano model, unlocking more than 20 AI genetic experiences during launch, including Gemini Live, Magic Cue and Daily Hub, as well as strong photography features such as Add Me, Best Take and Camero Coach.

Pixel 10 Pro Fold is available for preparation that starts today and hits shelves on October 9th.
