In the rise of the new low code programmer with low code -targeted hobbies and non -technical peoples, the UNO platform doubles entrepreneurs.

Montreal -based Platform uno It offers a range of business tools for developers for the construction of .NET applications. Users codify an application once and the UNO platform facilitates the sending of other types of applications from the existing code.

“If you codify something once and operates on five different platforms on a desktop, web and mobile, you already get 5 times productivity,” said co -founder and CEO of Uno Platform Francois Tanguay.

The UNO platform is not the only available application programmers platform, but Tanguay believes it stands out in a market flooding from Vibe coding platforms such as Lovable and Runner. For Tanguay, business developers should have access to productivity tools as well.

“Everything we send hasn’t been done before and we like to have a clear roadmap in terms of way we can add these extra features [to] Do all 10 times faster, “Tanguay said.” No one records this market yet in the business. ”

The 2 -year start -up operational focus has attracted customers and investors. The UNO platform has just set Capital, Microsoft’s Microsoft Vice President of the Microsoft Community, besides other angels investors.

Capital will help UNO develop premium tooling tier, uno Platform Studio and the new feature, “Hot Design” that allows developers to stop a running function and change the user environment in real time.

Tanguay said she wanted to build the UNO platform to be as smooth for use and useful with the cooperation with a consulting agency, which is exactly how the company started in the first place.

Tanguay founded Infancy In 2008 as a consultants for the construction of applications for companies, as applications became the next hot technology. After a few years, NVENTIC began developing the tool suite that eventually became Uno platform because the organization was looking for ways to make it more effective, Tanguay said.

NEVIST started the UNO platform as an open source toolbox in 2018.

“We have over a hundred million shots on the platform, something we couldn’t just do from us,” Tanguay said. “It was truly betting on the open source, as a community, to help develop this initiative and bet that others would see the same value in accessing a toolbox like this.”

Tanguay was right and the company has more than 300 open source. Nventive has decided to completely overcome the tool box and created the UNO platform in 2023. Since then, the company has started working with business customers such as Toyota, Microsoft and Tradezero, among other things.
