Apple released on Tuesday the sixth beta of the mobile operating system programmer, iOS 26, along with updates on iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Mac and more. As the new software is approaching the September launch date, changes and bites are not so important, but there are still some surprises to be found. In Beta 6, this includes a new option of calls, a final decision on camera direction dispute, a new boarding experience and other updates.

The addition of half a dozen of new ringtones, all a variant of “reflection”, was an unexpected addition that has already attracted the social media. The first adopted adopters are particularly excited with the “dreamy” call sound, who has been described as “hard“”crazy good,“And”Such a bop“Among other things, it can even encourage some to get their phones out of silent mode for a change.

Also news on iOS 26 Beta 6 is a new update on the controversial change in camera application.

There was enough reaction to the way Apple changed the way the camera operation switch responds to the touch. Users complained that the change entered in previous betas, broke their muscles memorySince the gesture in this interface will reverse the scroll direction they were used to – which was the same design template used by all other inherent Apple applications. In Beta 5, Apple responded to these complaints by introducing a new settings that will allow you to return to “Classic Mode”, which would again make the camera application work like everyone else.

It wouldn’t be amazing for Apple to go this route. When he wants to make a significant change of user interface, he often adds a Fallback for those who don’t like update. That is why you can still change the “natural scroll” to the MacBook Trackpad and you can move Safari’s address bar on top of the screen on the iPhone. But in this case, Apple seems to have decided that the camera direction is not a race worth it. In Beta 6, the alternation of the settings was removed and changed the direction of rolling back to the way it was before.

Other notable updates to New Beta include faster transitions and the introduction of new open and closing animations to launch applications.

Quite small but notable cartoon bites on iOS 26 Beta 6! Most transitions are (even) faster, snappier.

Most importantly, they have changed the application openly/closed cartoons in the iPados versions, which have a lightweight “magic lamp/genie” in them. pic.twitter.com/tkiinqr8mj

Liquid Glass, up -to -date user environment for Apple devices, is still subtle modified for readability In some areas and more “glass” to others. This time, the changes have Added more color dispersion As you move between an application tabs using the clean, magnifying glass, glass -like selector. THE Lock screen and one is Also offer liquid glass effects now.

After updating the operating system, you will also see a new starting/boarding experience, which is used to introduce liquid glass and other iOS 26 features, such as dark and clean icons and redesigned interfaces in various applications.

As with other Beta releases, you can Wait for some bug fixesBut you may meet new of them As Apple moves forward with the software development process. However, users report that overall, this beta feels more stable and very fastest From previous releases, suggesting that Apple is approaching its public launch.

Now that the programmer’s beta has been released, those who are testing the public beta should soon wait for an update.
