French laboratory AI Incorrect She introduced a series of new features to her chatbot on Thursday that brings it closer to the potential of opponents such as Openai and Google. The new update includes a new “Deep Research” feature, inherent multilingual reasoning and advanced images processing.

The news comes a few days after the release of Mistral Voxtral, the first AI AI Open Source Model capable of pondering multiple languages, transcription and much more. VOXTRAL is also available through Le Chat.

Mistral reports that her new degree of researcher, such as those offered by opponents, turns Le Chat into a coordinated research assistant she can design, clarify your needs, search and compose data.

“What the model does is really go and look at a wide variety of sources on the internet to answer a specific question,” Elisa Salamanca’s TechCrunch told TechCrunch. “We believe that this feature will be very important both in cases of consumer use and businesses for consumers because it can research travel and provide an exhaustive analysis of the best travel plans and business work, can do exhaustive research.”

While updates are available at all levels – Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise – Salamanca notes that Mistral focuses on the integration of Le Chat and Mistral’s productivity suite on business ecosystems with this version. This is largely because Mistral handles data clips different from competitors.

“Many customers who have very sensitive data do not really use cloud services or if they do, they do it from their own installations with virtual private clouds,” Salamanca said, citing customers in banking, defense and government.

To deal with this, Salamanca said that Salamanca’s Le Chat and Productivity Suite Connect with business data in the field. In other words, companies can use its deep reasoning Le chat and other possibilities to analyze their own internal data without having to upload anything to the cloud. This is an important diversification against LLM Cloud-Native LLM platforms such as Openai, which is Azure Hosted, and Gemini, which is based on Google Cloud. It also opens the door for Mistral to provide other productivity tools.

“A large part of our value proposal. Especially when we release Le Chat Enterprise is that we want to do [things like] Microsoft Excel and Google Docs and this kind of office suite work perfectly with our capabilities, “Salamanca said. We build these links internally because we believe this will be the key to using Le Chat as a productivity in the business box.”

In addition to the deep reasoning, Le Chat has received other updates today. While users were able to use Le Chat to account through complex questions through Magistral, the new Mistral AI reasoning, that this ability was previously only available in English. Now Mistral is inherently supporting multilingual reasoning in languages such as French, Spanish, Japanese and more. Mistral says Le Chat can also interrupt the code between languages.

This latest update from Mistral also includes the addition of projects, which helps users to stay organized with group talks, documents and ideas in focused spaces. Each project can have its own default library and remember which tools and settings has activated a user. Mistral states that cases of use include the planning of a movement, the design of a new product feature or the maintenance of work -related projects.

Finally, Le Chat gets improved image editing capabilities. This allows users to create and process images with prompts such as “Remove the object” or “place me in another city”.

The new features put Mistral in a more competitive range with the pioneers of the AI industry, placing Le Chat as not only a demo model but also a full stack candidate.
