Starting AI Hyperscaler Win He has signed an important agreement with Microsoft to bring NVIDIA AI to multiple data centers.

AI cloud provider announced that this signed an agreement with Microsoft to bring about 200,000 GPU NVIDIA GB300 to three data centers in Europe and one in the US on Wednesday.

These GPUs will be delivered through NSCale -owned functions and through a joint venture with Aker Investment Company, one of NSCale’s investors.

About half of these GPUs, 104,000, will head to a Texas data center rented by Ionic Digital in the next 12 to 18 months. NSCALE plans to increase its footprint to 1.2 gigawatts, the company said.

The NSCale will also develop 12,600 GPU at the starting database in Sines, Portugal, starting in the first quarter of 2026.

The deal is based on previous plans with both Microsoft and Aker on Data Centers in Norway and the United Kingdom. NSCALE will send 23,000 GPUs to Loughton, England, starting in 2027 and send the other 52,000 GPUs to Microsoft’s AI campus in Norway.

“This agreement confirms NSCALE’s position as a choice partner for the most important technology leaders in the world,” said Josh Payne, founder and chief executive of NSCALE, in one press release. “Few companies are equipped to deliver GPU developments on this scale, but we have the experience and have created the global pipeline to do so.”

It is a bold claim by Payne, as NSCale was founded in 2024. Since its launch, the company has raised more than $ 1.7 billion from strategic partners, such as Aker, Nokia and Nvidia. NSCALE has also been concentrated by investors such as Sandton Capital Partners, G Squared and Point72, among others. Payne told the Financial times That the company is considering an iPO as early as the end of next year.

“The pace at which we have expanded our ability proves both our readiness and our commitment to efficiency, viability and providing our customers the most advanced technology available.

GPU deals have taken in recent weeks. Openai announced that it was buying six gigawatts from AMD last week. Openai also recently transferred an agreement with Nvidia, in which Nvidia will invest up to $ 100 billion in the company in exchange for 10 gigawatts in September.
