PrejudicedA start -up that offers a presentation builder with AI to businesses said today that it has raised $ 30 million in funding led by multiplier Capital, Greycroft and Nomura Strategic Ventures, with the participation of existing investors such as emerging businesses, Westwave Capital and graduates.

Los Altos, California, which is now valued at $ 400 million, has raised more than $ 74 million to date. Plans to use the new chapter largely for acquisitions.

The company has also made its first acquisition by buying prezentium, founded by Deepti Juturu, a presentation company led by Life Sciences Vertical services. In an unusual arrangement, the founder Prezent Rajat Mishra was one of the co -founders of the prezentium. Mishra said that since the beginning of his new start, he was the non -operational president of Prezentium. Both newly established businesses already have an existing relationship, as Prezent uses Prezentium as a market partner. The acquisition essentially brings Mishra’s two businesses under a roof, allowing Prezent to use the prezentium customer base to offer its own AI suite to more customers.

Mishra, who has previously worked at McKinsey, said the company is adopting a specialized approach to training AI models for presentations for each industry.

Prezent places a presentation engineer who is familiar with industry and starting offers, businesses to help different people in the company get used to building ai tools.

Going forward, Prezent wants to add better personalization to its product so that the AI ​​tool can learn each person’s style in the body. It also wants to add multiple possibilities to deck creations, allowing users to use text, voice or videos as an input to make presentations.
