At the “Make with Cotion” event on Thursday, the company announced the launch of the first AI agent. The agent will draw all a user’s pages and database as a framework, automatically creating notes and analysis for meetings, competitors evaluation reports and feedback destination pages.

The productivity platform stated that the agent could create pages and databases or update them with new data, properties or views. Users can also activate concept agents from external platforms connected to the service. For example, you can ask the concept agent to create a bug tracking table from various sources, such as Slack, Email and Google Drive.

The recently announced agent is based on the concept AI, a pre -existing feature that could seek or summarize the content. But the new agent is able to face more complex multi -stage duties, using the powers of Agentic AI. The company said the current version of the agent may perform a task that lasts up to 20 minutes on hundreds of pages.

Users can create a “profile” page for the agent to order to follow instructions on reference sources, production style and where to update the tasks and final results. You will also be able to ask the agent to “remember” the key points as people use. These memories will be stored on the profile page and users can edit them there.

In the demonstration videos, the company gave examples of factors that could provide feedback on destination pages and update them, create a restaurant tracker, create an analysis of meeting notes and prepare a competition analysis report.

At present, you need to enable these actions by hand. But the idea said that the ability to create customized factors working on a program or actuators is coming soon. The company will also be released a standards of standards for agents so you can choose ready -made prompts that could fit your work.
