A new report from the non -profit increase in all growth has found that the percentage of women and non -bombs in partner roles in leading businesses has doubled in recent years, despite market headquarters. All Raise Ceo Paige Hendrix Buckner were chatting with TechCrunch’s Dominic-Madori Davis about what drives the shift to this week’s chapter.
“There are two pieces in it,” he said of the progress made for women. He said that much of it has to do with businesses who want to become more effective and try to promote the best people inside their businesses. The second part is that businesses realize the advantage of having a more different set of voices in the decision -making table. “Someone, the peoples entered the door, and then number two, people were able to execute,” he continued.
But many things have to be done. Compensation, for one, is still a problem. Also, Megafirms, those who manage more than $ 10 billion in assets, still do not have many women in these top roles.
“It takes time to change,” he said.
Fortunately, it seems that the good news is already on the way.
